Demonstrated experience working in field of Student Registration and/or Student Services. Role(s) in a Student Services field should have general understanding of higher education standards and practices.
Demonstrated experience working in a training or consulting context (assisted in team trainings, system implementation, or other collaborative learning/teaching experience).
Must have the ability to explain solutions to diverse customers, and ensure they are able to use applications and functionality effectively to accomplish their work.
This position requires enthusiasm and energy; willingness to learn and adapt quickly; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and previous experienceconducting training sessions.
The successful candidate must be a disciplined self-starter, able to work on multiple projects concurrently, and must be able to meet or exceed deadlines for customer and internal deliverables.
