Mondays to Thursdays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 8am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
However, there could be school events on Saturdays, or extending to later part of the evening, for which all staff involved would be required to support accordingly
Scope of Services
Support Student Development Team (SDT) in student management matters, including case management
Help locate and manage student's inholding rooms during case management (e.g. missing students, meltdowns, discipline case)
Support SDT to take statement from students as part of case management
Supervise student detention and in-school suspension
Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support
