Support the design and implementation of student development andengagement programmes. 
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive school culture. 
Oversee daily student management operations, including attendance,punctuality, and school routines. 
Coordinate disciplinary case management and ensure timely follow-upactions. 
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student managementmatters. 
Organise school events that reinforce positive student behaviour andvalues. 
Track, analyse, and report on student behaviour trends and interventionoutcomes. 
Implement and monitor behavioural support and intervention programmes. 
Work closely with parents, school staff, and external agencies tosupport student development and well-being.
