The Services required are set out as follows:

• Work closely with the school’s Student Engagement and Discipline (SED) / Student Management (SM) Committee teams to support the school’s overall discipline management, including the implementation of positive discipline strategies.
• Support SM committee teachers in student case management, including:
  • carrying out fact finding and investigation by reviewing CCTV footage
  • interviewing teachers, staff and students where required
  • providing input on investigation focus and questions
  • preparing findings and recommendations for follow‑up actions
  • maintaining related documentation and reports
• Process late‑coming students and maintain related records.
• Support and supervise students on internal suspension or detention.
• Locate unaccounted students when required.
