What the role is: As a Student Guidance Officer (SGO) in the Student Services Department, you will maintain student discipline as well as provide support for administrative work.
What you will be working on: - Campus Safety and Environment – Support to keep a safe, orderly, and conducive campus environment including conducting patrols;
- Preventive Education and Programmes – Conduct disciplinary talks and programmes to promote responsible behaviour and informed decision-making.
- Student Case Management – Manage disciplinary and appeal cases, including investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions in accordance with organisational policies;
- Student Support – Provide support to students with behavioural issues through mentoring and targeted interventions.
