Maintain excellent working relationships with all departments and colleges across the University
Facilitate individual and group counseling and career advising sessions designed to meet the needs of current students and alumni
Design and deliver student development workshops in the areas of mental health well-being skills development and career planning for students and University staff
Create and deliver presentations and workshops to a range of audiences to raise awareness of counseling services and appropriate referral mechanisms
Liaise with faculty and staff to support effective engagement with students and address student-related concerns
Assist and advocate for students with special needs and medical conditions in coordination with faculty and supervisors as required
Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary
