Position Summary The Student Assistant for Accounts Payable will help support the Accounts Payable Office by performing clerical duties and other duties assigned. The Student Assistant for Accounts Payable reports to Senior Accounts Payable Technician. Essential Functions Essential functions include:

Open, review and sort incoming mail.

Release checks to departments, obtaining appropriate signatures.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: scanning, faxing, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
