Key Responsibilities - Support origination, structuring, evaluation, and execution of vanilla and structured finance transactions for Wholesale Banking clients.
- Work with relationship managers, senior finance team members, credit risk teams, and internal stakeholders to assess lending opportunities.
- Assist in pitching, originating, structuring, and executing transactions across corporate banking sectors.
- Support leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance, asset‑backed finance, and real estate finance transactions where applicable.
