Structural Welder We're recruiting experienced Structural Welders to join a leading UK engineering and manufacturing organisation working on complex, large-scale projects within a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out structural steel welding and fabrication activities to required quality standards and tolerances. Work from engineering drawings, welding procedures, and technical specifications. Use a variety of welding processes and associated tools and equipment. Complete fitting, alignment, forming, grinding, and finishing activities as required. Conduct self-inspection of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Work safely and adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team performance targets.
