Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in engineering or applied science preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance, structural design, NDT, QA inspection, or instrument surveying preferred.
Physical Abilities: Strong vision (20/30 in one eye, 20/50 in the other), normal depth perception, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work safely at heights year-round in industrial environments.
Skills: Strong safety awareness, ability to read and sketch structural drawings, experience with digital cameras, measuring devices, and PPE. Familiarity with NDT methods and hazard recognition.
