            Key Responsibilities  Coordinate structural works with architectural & MEP disciplines 
Review IFC drawings for constructability and site implementation 
Compare tender vs IFC documents and flag major changes with cost impact 
Raise RFIs and technical clarifications to consultant 
Review and manage rebar / steel shop drawings 
Create and track structural material submittal & shop drawing logs 
Monitor approvals, revisions, and close‑out status 
Support site team with structural solutions and sequencing 
Resolve on‑site structural issues and NCRs 
Ensure compliance with project specifications and Abu Dhabi authority requirements 
Attend coordination, technical, and progress meetings 
Act as technical interface between site, consultant, and subcontractors 
BIM experience is preferred
