As a Senior Manager in the RBS Strategy team, you’ll work on high-impact projects that improve customer experience and business performance. A hybrid role, reporting directly to the RBS Strategy Lead (Executive Manager) and embedded in the Domain for Customer, Digital and AI, you will contribute to the RBS Strategy and retail bank transformation to deliver on improved customer outcomes, and take a front-row seat in the evolution of retail banking. Responsibilities include identifying key opportunities and making recommendations that will improve customer experience and optimise ways of working to transform business and customer outcomes.
