Responsible for managing the process through which the Company decides on long term direction and sets strategic goals to help the Company maintain and increase its competitive advantage.
Key focus areas:
Managing the process for developing, aligning, documenting, and monitoring strategies
Modelling and forecasting long term market
Gathering and analyzing information on industry and competition, locally and abroad
Developing feasibility studies for new business models and projects
Monitoring potential industry disruptors (technology, legal, political)
Assessing and recommending investment in venture capital opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or any 4-year related course
Master's degree, an advantage
