The Manager, GTM Planning supports Databricks’ global go-to-market planning and execution. In this role, you will operate at a global scale, owning critical planning workflows across territory and account assignment, quota calculations, and headcount management. You will not only run core processes but continuously improve them by bringing rigor, automation, and a data-driven perspective to each planning cycle.

Global territory & account assignment - Design and optimize workflows that deliver decision-ready outputs trusted by sales leadership while reducing manual effort End-to-end GTM headcount execution - Accelerate time-to-hire by removing bottlenecks, modeling budget trade-offs, and reconciling positions across Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Scalable planning infrastructure - Build repeatable templates and processes that reduce manual effort and improve planning accuracy over time <...
