1.Planning task:Meeting and get briefing from client with Account team.
Organizing brainstorming session to propose plan meet client’s brief .
Be responsible for proposing, writing or instructing  supervising planners to write Event/Activation strategy proposal.
Be active in the presentation with client.
Fully participating in the integration of creative /design team within bidding project and partially for execution of winning project.
Be incharge or supervise planner for concept direction, storyboard and video clip…
Supporting Account team for quotation (if needed)
Identify the stratergy for campaigns, projects by supporting of Account Director.
 
2.Team management:Managing traffic/workload of planning team about bidding and winning project.
