Key Responsibilities
1. BOM & Requirement Management
Review customer BOM and ensure compliance with Approved Vendor List (AVL)
Validate part numbers, specifications, and sourcing feasibility
Manage BOM updates driven by ECO / PCN changes
Support RFQ activities including cost roll-up and lead time analysis
2. Sourcing & RFQ Management
Source materials including: Electronic components (ICs, semiconductors, connectors, etc.) Mechanical/fabrication parts (CNC machining, sheet metal, tooling, plastic injection, die casting)
Prepare and manage RFQs based on BOM and technical drawings (2D/3D)
Perform cost comparison, lead time analysis, and supplier capability evaluation
Identify and propose alternate parts or suppliers with engineering approval
3. Purchasing Execution (PO Management)
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP system
