About the Opportunity
We are representing the rapidly scaling AIoT and physical data pipeline division of Asia's premier enterprise real estate technology group. With a proven track record of successfully deploying over 10,000 active ESG and IoT nodes across highly regulated international markets, we are now aggressively launching our channel operations. Starting with a heavy focus on Southeast Asia, we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial partnership leader based in Kuala Lumpur to build, scale, and monetize our ecosystem from the ground up.
The Impact You Will Make (Key Responsibilities)

Ecosystem Strategy: Lead high-stakes alliance negotiations with top-tier ESG SaaS platforms, Big 4 environmental consultancies, and cross-border physical security system integrators.
Commercial Innovation: Design, negotiate, and execute lucrative white-label, Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) revenue-share, and API subscription models to seamlessly integrate our physical data pipelines.
