Manage stock movements: receptions, transfers, good issues and physical inventories both physical and Information Systems (ERP or equivalent and tracking systems). Ensure real time correspondence between physical and Information Systems.
Implement the designed layout and ensure having a functional result.
Organize the preparation of shipments and dispatch to different sites within the country in accordance with instructions.
Dispatches of equipment, with management of status and escalation in the event of a problem.
Management of orders for consumables from the client request to the dispatch of products, including organization of transport.
Ensure that all documents concerning dispatches are generated (supported by the Logistics Coordinator).
