About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage our store inventory while also handling purchasing tasks. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate supply needs efficiently.
What you'll be doing

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock in the store
Monitor inventory levels and update stock records regularly
Handle purchasing tasks, including sourcing, price comparisons, and issuing purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Track and verify deliveries against orders
Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory and purchasing records
Work closely with production and admin teams to forecast material needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
