POSITION: STORE / RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

The Store Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
- People Management and Training: Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Plans out and manages employees activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.
- Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached; Prepare Sales Presentation for the store’s sales.
