We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager focused on sales performance and customer conversion. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives on achieving targets, coaching teams to sell confidently, and delivering a supportive high‑trust experience for parents and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Commercial Performance: Own and deliver store sales targets and KPI goals; drive conversion, average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT). Lead from the floor, actively selling, styling, and engaging with customers. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and action plans. Execute promotions, launches and seasonal campaigns to maximize results.
