Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all stores area to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Monitor store operational standards, receiving, stock movement, and product handling process
- Ensure all stores comply with company SOP, safety regulations, and operational policies.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and productivity across stores.
- Coordinate with warehouse and related teams regarding stock availability and operational support.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and related teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support implementation of company initiatives, projects, and operational improvements.
- Handle operational issues and provide quick problem-solving support for stores.
