Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across all stores area to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Monitor store operational standards, receiving, stock movement, and product handling process
• Ensure all stores comply with company SOP, safety regulations, and operational policies.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and productivity across stores.
• Coordinate with warehouse and related teams regarding stock availability and operational support.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and related teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support implementation of company initiatives, projects, and operational improvements.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick problem-solving support for stores.
