Overview The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) position is a development-focused role designed to prepare candidates for a future CVS Store Manager role. The program includes 16 weeks of self‐paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands‐on learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with your District Leader and store leaders in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion. Support the store as a management team member; lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies. Engage colleagues in the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
