            Key Responsibilities:  Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient business activities. 
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. 
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. 
Provide expert guidance to customers on gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery, ensuring a premium shopping experience. 
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. 
Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints. 
Oversee inventory management, stock control, stock audits, and replenishment to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
