Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, issue, and transfer items according to company policies
- Manage overall inventory, store keeping, documentation, and record keeping
- Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and reconcile with reports
- Maintain and organize storage space for consignment items
- Ensure timely availability of stock and showroom display
- Generate Materials Received Reports (MRR) promptly
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Participate in quarterly stock counts
- Arrange goods in the showroom based on item movement
- Record necessary data manually and in the system accurately and on time
