Lead site acquisition and expansion initiatives, including location scouting, feasibility analysis and lease negotiations with shopping malls and commercial property partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with malls, landlords and commercial property partners to support long term profitability and expansion.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business performance evaluations to identify market opportunities.
Drive sales forecasting, business planning and profitability analysis for new and existing locations.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
