Minimum Requirements: - Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries
- Grade 12
- Knowledge of Butchery operations and retail meat management
- Experienced in Meat cutting techniques | Carcass breakdown, and Product yields
- Stock control and rotation | Ordering | Receiving | Inventory management
- Strong understanding of Food safety | Hygiene | Health, and Safety regulations
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
