A strong knowledge of storage operational activities (zoning, masking, and mapping). 
Knowledge of storage replication technologies such as HP3PAR Online Import/EMCCOPY. 
Experienced with storage array performance analysis and array tuning. 
Good understanding of the following Operating Systems: (Vmware, windows,Linux). 
Good understanding of Antivirus technologies on SAN/NAS storage. 
Administration and diagnostic resolution of common maintenance and performance issues on Storage. 
Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management and Change Management processes is must.
