STOKES LAW LLP - Calgary Civil Law Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Lawyer who has litigation and ADR experience to join our legal team. Preferably three (3) years or more post-call experience.

Note: we are moving to a 4‑day work week model—Monday to Thursday.

You may work remotely whenever you wish.

This is a full‑time, hybrid Civil Lawyer role based in Calgary, AB, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Civil Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of civil matters, including client intake, legal research, drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents, and preparing correspondence and legal opinions.
