Responsibilities

• Perform inventory analysis and management to avoid low stock and overstock in all offices.
• Develop inventory plan to ensure smooth product flow.
• Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
• Develop initiatives to reduce slow moving inventories and to improve inventory turns.
• Performing regular inventory counts.
• Maintain appropriate stock level according to seasonal demands.
• Work with branch personnel to maximize sales and reduce overstocks.
• Analyze root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions.
• Communicate complex inventory problems to immediate head promptly.
• Report inventory issues to concerned personnel for immediate resolution.
• Manage inventory adjustments and transfers.
• Request product ordering in a timely manner and track open purchase orders.
