About the Role The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for the daily operational control of supplier quality performance, ensuring production continuity through fast containment, effective problem‐solving, and close follow‐up with suppliers.
This is a hands‐on, execution‐focused role working directly with incoming inspection, production, and suppliers in a fast‐paced environment to prevent disruptions and drive quick resolution of quality issues.
Key Responsibilities Lead containment actions for supplier‐related issues affecting incoming inspection and production.
Manage NCRs, non‐confirming parts disposition, and supplier 8‐D corrective actions.
Support incoming inspection and production lines to minimize downtime.
Drive suppliers to deliver timely root‐cause analysis and corrective actions.
