Deck/Stew/Cook Position on 26m Sailing Yacht, Mallorca

Seasonal position starting ASAP until the end of September. Duties include deck work, sailing, stewardship, and cooking for 1–2 guests (maximum 6). Own cabin, shared ensuite with 2 crew members.

Responsibilities

• Perform deck operations and maintain the vessel.
• Operate sailing gear and assist with navigation.
• Prepare healthy, well‑presented meals for guests.
• Assist guests with onboard hospitality.
• Communicate fluent English; Spanish language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid STCW certification.
• ENG1 certification.
• Proof of Food and Hygiene compliance.
• Prior sailing experience on yachts.

Compensation and Benefits
