Job Summary:
The Sterile Processing Shift Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of sterile processing to ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
This position leads a team of technicians to ensure that surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, assembled, and sterilized according to standards, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise sterile processing technicians and coordinate shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage and workflow.
Monitor the decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments.
