A leading steel manufacturing and distribution company is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor. The role is based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape. It is a permanent, full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets. Lead, mentor and develop production teams. Monitor efficiency and implement improvements. Ensure quality standards and reduce defects. Work with engineering and maintenance to minimise downtime. Maintain strict health, safety and environmental compliance. Analyse production data and adjust schedules. Manage workforce planning, shift coordination and resource allocation. Use systems such as SAP, SCADA or DCS for monitoring.
