Communicate pertinent information to store manager regarding performance of the shift.
Assist with training and coaching of team members.
Contribute to a positive environment by identifying changes in performance or morale and communicating to the store manager.
Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to team members on the shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve performance.
Develop positive relationships with team members by understanding individual’s motivations, needs and concerns.
Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using organizational tools and collaborating with the store manager to find new and effective methods of recognition.
Follow up with team members during the shift to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service for all customers.
