Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a production schedule for rehearsals and performances.
  • Attend all rehearsals and performances and oversee all technical aspects of the show.
  • Communicate with cast and crew members regarding schedule changes and updates.
  • Manage backstage activities, including set and prop changes, cueing sound and lighting cues, and managing stage crew members.
  • Ensure that all props, sets, and costumes are in their proper place before each performance.
  • Work with the director and other production staff to ensure that the show runs smoothly and according to plan.
  • Conduct run-throughs and technical rehearsals to ensure that all aspects of the show are in place.
  • Train and manage stage crew members, ensuring that they are performing their duties correctly and efficiently.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the director or producer.
