- Working closely with the Platform Strategy & Innovation Director to drive platform release operations and customer migration programs.
- Supporting release operations and content delivery: coordinating release cycles, information sessions, consolidating release notes and following up with stakeholders for timely delivery of inputs, presentations and communications for release announcements.
