As a Staffing Specialist at Wing Assistant, you are the strategic engine of our talent delivery process. You are responsible for receiving client requisitions from the Sales team and transforming those requirements into high-performing placements.

You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to decode client business models and their specific objectives for the hire. By understanding the 'why' behind the request, you will ensure the candidates you identify are not just skilled, but strategically aligned with the client's goals. You are the final gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that every profile presented to a CSM is vetted, qualified, and ready to excel in a remote environment.
