What You'll Be Doing:

Manufacturing Process Ownership & Technical Leadership

" Function as a manufacturing technical lead for PCBA and electromechanical assembly ( Final assembly, test and packout) across NPI and sustaining

" Define & Industrialize end-to-end manufacturing processes for complex electronic products: PCBA & Final Assembly Test and Packout (FATP).

" Lead DFx (DFM/DFA/DFT/Client/DFR) reviews with Hardware R&D, Test, and Quality Engineering teams and supplier/contract manufacturers

" Establish manufacturing standards, process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions for complex electromechanical products
