OVERVIEW
The primary responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator at Newport Meadows is to create and maintain staff schedules, track attendance, monitor lateness and absences, minimize overtime, and provide reports to management related to productive and non-productive hours. The Staffing Coordinator is expected to work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance.
Staffing Coordinator Job Responsibilities
+ Create and post monthly staff schedules through our scheduling platform - StaffLion
+ Track and post changes and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated by DON
+ Post and fill open shifts as they occur
+ Maintain timely records o call-offs, tardy/early arrivals and coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly
+ Alert HR to possible FMLA or other Leave of Absence issue...
