This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a logistics team to ensure efficient and effective movement of goods, products, and supplies. The staff supervisor logistics needs to ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible manner. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Oversee store operation, including LTA (lot transit area, material, packing store and crusher center). Manage team of 12 to 15 headcounts of logistic assistants on daily logistic operation, including performance review, overtime management, disciplinary issues etc. Support production requirement, work in process and material turnaround. Drive KPI performance and support management goal and direction including automation project. Ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, and that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with.
