Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the Citizen Developers Infrastructure team will design, build, and operate the platform services that underpin Airwallex’s citizen‑developer ecosystem and internal workflow automation.

Will partner closely with application teams and citizen developers to define tooling, patterns, and development processes, while continuously improving the platform abstractions and paved paths they build on. Responsible for both the developer experience and guardrails of the platform, and for the underlying workflow infrastructure that makes it reliable and scalable.

• Design, build, and evolve the citizen‑developer platform and tools that make it easy to create and operate automation / applications without deep infrastructure knowledge.
• Establish secure SDLC and guardrails for citizen‑developer‑built applications so compliance and security are baked in by default.
