A successful Staff SDET should have excellent development and QA skills, experience writing automation tests, creating extensive test automation cases, and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards. We are looking for someone capable of driving several projects to completion from a QA perspective and a skilled technician that can also serve as a mentor to team.
