Job Title: Staff Representative – Negotiations (SR2)

Term of Assignment: 18-months or return of incumbent

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director and Associate Director of Negotiations, the Staff Representative will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing collective agreements and strategies for various bargaining units, councils, and bargaining associations. This position involves negotiating contracts, reviewing contract administration issues, acting in a lead role in sectors, and representing the union at formal hearings and mediations. This role requires strong experience in collective bargaining, interpersonal skills, and working with activists and officers.
