Staff Nurse (St. Andrew's Community Hospital) Job Description
Attend to patients' medical needs, such as serving medications, giving injections and dressing wounds.
Provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, including educating patients and families.
Ensure and maintain the standards for professional nursing practice and work co-operatively with the other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, integrated and cost-effective care.
Orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes experiences.
Assist Nurse Manager/Senior Staff Nurse in implementing and executing all administrative and clinical nursing services in the ward
Help render patient care in accordance to the policies & standards set by the hospital.
