Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.
Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
Maintain a safe and clean environment to the patients.
To assist with counter registration, pack medication, and other work to be assigned.
