            Patient Care  Participates in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within the haemodialysis clinical setting: 
Undertakes clinical/patient assessments pre, during and post dialysis treatment to evaluate effectiveness of care 
Adheres to all FMC Policies and Work Instructions related to clinical and operation management 
Reviews blood test results and reports to Medical Director any abnormalities 
Educates patients on their diet, fluid, medications and blood pressure management to optimise their clinical outcomes 
Motivates and encourages patient’s adjustment to CHD 
Monitors the water treatment system and fluid for dialysis to ensure provision of safe, quality dialysis therapies 
Establishes an effective relationship with patients and maintains good communication with patients and relatives; and gives adequate support.
