Requirements

• Registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia
• Valid APC
• Knowledgeable and a strong believer in quality improvement activities, OSH and infection control standards
• Willingness to work after office hours, weekends or public holidays
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply (experience also welcomed)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work on shift duties
• Receive the daily report of every patient
• Visit every patient in the unit together with the team members during hand‑over duties
• Determine nursing priorities and plan patient care according to staff availability
• Provide individualized holistic care to patients using the nursing process approach with proper nursing documentation in patients' files and that is contemporaneous
