- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
- Handle patient registration, appointment bookings, and phone enquiries
- Follow up with patients on feedback/concerns
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness
- Collate and document patient medical results and assessments
