As a Staff Nurse, Home Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assessing patients' condition and implement nursing care plan.
• Performing nursing procedures in patient's home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc.
• Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Nursing.
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 2 years of inpatient ward or nursing home experiences.
• Possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or Palliative care will be an advantage.
